Due to illness on the LHS Boy's basketball team, JV will only play 2 quarters of basketball today, January 17 starting @ 5:00 p.m. Varsity games will begin as scheduled beginning @ 6:00 p.m.

Lamoni Police Chief, Jonathan Mullock, Decatur County Deputy, Bryson Durrow and Deputy John Horner visited the elementary today to meet the students and talk about safety expectations during an emergency. The students really enjoyed meeting them!
South Central Iowa Community Foundation (SCICF) recently gifted each Lamoni kindergarten student three books. Teresa Greenwood, SCICF Decatur County advisor member, presented the books to the students on November 13, 2024.
