Heiatua and Meredith with Coach Sarah Howell at District Individual Speech contest at Mount Ayr High SchoolHeiatua Paredes, Admira Katzmann, and Meredith Howell performed at the District Individual Speech contest at Mount Ayr High School on Saturday, February 25. Heiatua will move on to the state contest on March 11 at Ames High School in Expository Address and Original Oratory. Meredith will move on to the state contest in Storytelling and Prose. Admira gets a special shout out because she performed at a dance competition in the morning and at our speech contest in the afternoon.
