Decision Day
On May 1st, Lamoni Community School District held Decision Day for our graduating senior class. Students shared what their after high school plan is with their peers and loved ones. They fell into three categories: enroll, enlist, or employment. That means either enlisting in the military, entering the workforce, or enrolling in college or training program. The soon to be graduates, even if apprehensive, were excited to share their plans with the community. A big thank you goes out to Mrs. Sellars for organizing the event, Mr. K and Mr. Burnette for helping set up, and Kaitlyn Parrott from TRIO, who brought snacks and helped guide students throughout their high school career. We here at LCSD are sad to see the students move on, but excited to see them take on new adventures and achieve great things.
